Social Impact
SKG considers the protection of its employees’ health and safety to be a core value. The Group’s operations are managed in accordance with a Health and Safety Policy compliant with UNI EN ISO 45001:2023.
In 2024, prevention and control measures were strengthened, with updated risk assessments, continuous monitoring, and an external audit system that saw an expansion of its coverage. The accident rate has, in fact, decreased significantly.
For 2025, a specific training program has also been planned for computer operators at the Parma plants, aimed at preventing muscle-skeletal disorders, with educational content also available via e-learning.
The Group continuously invests in the professional development of its employees, with the aim of ensuring a skilled, inclusive work environment that keeps pace with developments in the automotive and e-mobility sectors. In 2024, over 2.600 hours of training were provided, covering technical topics, safety, quality, and soft skills, with balanced participation by both men and women. These programs strengthen internal professionalism and support the Group’s competitiveness in the medium term.
END CONSUMERS
Consumer safety, satisfaction, and trust are fundamental pillars of SKG’s commitment. The company focuses every stage of design, production, and distribution on high standards of quality, reliability, and quality control to ensure safe, high-performance products that meet the expectations of end customers. This approach is particularly important for both automotive components and consumer products marketed through Rolly Brush.
The company operates in accordance with a Quality Policy that establishes clear principles of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement, with the aim of ensuring that every product—from automotive components to oral care devices—meets the highest standards of reliability and compliance.
To support this commitment, SKG Italia has implemented a Quality Management System certified to UNI EN ISO 9001 and IATF 16949, which ensures rigorous design, production, and control processes. These internationally recognized certifications directly contribute to consumer protection by ensuring traceability, reducing defects, focusing on the functional safety of components, and constantly monitoring performance.
