detriment of the public and corporate interest to the bodies empowered to intervene.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Specifically, the violations that can be reported under the Legislative Decree 24\/2023, the so-called \u2018Whistleblowing Decree\u2019, must relate to behaviours, acts or omissions that harm the public interest or the integrity of the company, of which the Whistleblower has become aware in the work context, pursuant to Article 3(2)(b), i.e:<br \/><br \/>1) unlawful conduct pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231 of 8 June 2001, or violations of the organisation and management models provided for therein<\/p><p class=\"p1\">2) violations of EU law (e.g. transport safety; environmental protection; consumer protection; protection of privacy and protection of personal data and security of networks and information systems; etc&#8230;.).<br \/><br \/>Whistleblowing, in this perspective, is an act of manifestation of civic sense, through which the Whistleblower contributes to the emergence and prevention of risks and prejudicial situations.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d553532 elementor-widget confidentiality is guaranteed regarding the subjects and facts reported, as well as on the identity of whistleblowers, so that whistleblowers are not subject to any form of requesting an in-person meeting.<\/li><\/ul><p><br \/>Reports, where relevant, may also be shared with the Data Controller&#8217;s Supervisory Board, in its capacity as Data Processing Authorised Officer pursuant to Article 29 GDPR and 2-quaterdecies of the Privacy Code and therefore subject to the same confidentiality obligations as those provided for the Reporting Manager<br \/><br \/>It is
